All Bookings are confirmed against Advance Payments.
Guests are advised to carry an identity proof at the time of check-in.
Guests are advised to keep age proofs of children who are below 5 yrs. as hotel may ask for the same, If child seems to be older and guest is unable to produce the proof then hotel has right to charge for meals for the child.
Tea/Coffee makers with daily single Replenishment.
Early Check in and late checkout are subject to availability.
In the rare case that due to unforseen circumstances we cannot deliver your requested accommodation you will be offered alternate accommodation or a full refund.

100% cancellation fee if cancelled before 15 days of checkin.
In case of premature departure. 80% of package cost for days not availed shall be forfeited.
7 Days to 15 Days 50% of Booking Amount will be refunded
Checkin Date to 7 Days or No Show - No Refund will be initiated.
